• Custom categories and sub-categories you create
• All user preferences and app settings

2.2 No Server-Side Data Collection

We do not operate servers that collect or store your financial information. The App functions entirely offline and does not transmit your expense data to any third-party servers or analytics platforms.

3. Optional Google Drive Backup

3.1 How Backup Works

The App offers an optional feature to back up your data to your personal Google Drive account. This feature is entirely opt-in and requires your explicit consent through Google Sign-In.

3.2 Google Drive Integration

When you choose to enable Google Drive backup:

• You authenticate directly with Google using secure OAuth 2.0 authentication
• The App requests limited access only to its own dedicated folder in your Google Drive
• Your backup data is stored in your personal Google Drive account, not on our servers
• We do not have access to your Google Drive files or any other Google account data
• You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings

3.3 Backup Data Security

Your backup files are stored in your Google Drive with your Google account's security protections. Google's privacy policy and data handling practices apply to data stored in your Google Drive. We recommend reviewing Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Export and Import

You have complete control over your data with our export/import functionality:

• Export your data as a backup file at any time
• Store backup files locally on your device or external storage
• Import data to restore on the same device or transfer to another device
• All exports are in standard file formats that you control entirely

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 Google Sign-In (Optional)

If you choose to use Google Drive backup, you will use Google Sign-In for authentication. Google's privacy practices govern the authentication process. We only receive the minimum information necessary to facilitate backup to your Google Drive.

5.2 No Other Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information or financial data with any third parties for marketing, advertising, or any other purposes. Your data is never transmitted to analytics services, advertising networks, or data brokers.

6. Permissions

The App requests the following Android permissions:

• Storage Access: To save and read local database files and export/import backup files
• Internet Access (Optional): Only used if you enable Google Drive backup; otherwise, the App functions completely offline
• Google Account Access (Optional): Only requested if you choose to enable Google Drive backup

All permissions are used solely for the stated purposes and never to collect or transmit data without your knowledge.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• You can delete individual expenses, categories, or all data directly within the App
• Uninstalling the App will remove all locally stored data from your device
• If you have created Google Drive backups, you can delete them directly from your Google Drive
• We do not retain any copies of your data since we never collect it

8. Security

We take security seriously and implement industry-standard practices:

• Local data is stored securely using Android's built-in security mechanisms
• Google Drive backups benefit from Google's enterprise-grade security
• No data is transmitted over insecure connections
• The App does not implement any tracking, analytics, or telemetry

9. Children's Privacy

Our App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App is designed for general family and individual use. If you believe a child has used the App, all data remains local to their device and can be removed by uninstalling the App.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by:
